The house is located in the Nordelta Private Neighborhood, in Buenos Aires. The lot is located within the Islas del Golf neighborhood and has access to the private lake.
Taking into account the views towards the lagoon and the orientation, the project seeks to take these two elements as the starting point of the project. On the first floor there are 3 separate areas: the service area connected to the vehicular access, a private area that serves as a studio with independent access, and a public area with views of the lagoon. Upstairs are the bedrooms, two facing the front and two facing the back. Separating each area by modules, there are patios between them that allow to generate cross ventilation in all rooms, also favoring natural lighting and creating quality spaces.
Three materials have been chosen for the envelope that resolve the entire facade: exposed concrete, wood and black siding.
