PRACTICE & EXPERIENCE
Founded and directed by Belén da Encarnação, Architect, BE Studio builds on over 14 years of professional experience working across architecture studios, real estate development companies and multidisciplinary teams, in leadership and coordination roles. Throughout her career, Belén has contributed to more than 20,000 m² of residential architecture, including high-end houses and residential buildings developed in premium neighborhoods and market-driven contexts.
Her professional background includes leading and coordinating architectural teams within established studios, as well as working closely with developers, builders, investors and real estate teams. This experience—developed in collaboration with recognized developers and real estate companies—has shaped her ability to contribute architectural judgment and design direction at key moments, from early feasibility and concept development through construction and final delivery.
Her work is characterized by a thoughtful and strategic approach that integrates architecture, interior design and real estate vision, supporting projects that require a high level of design quality, spatial clarity and informed decision-making. Belén has also worked on residential projects developed under performance-based sustainability frameworks, including EDGE-certified developments.
She holds an Architect degree, a postgraduate degree in Sustainability and a postgraduate degree in Interior Design, complemented by Project Management Expert training and LEED accreditation courses—reinforcing a rigorous, informed and long-term approach to residential architecture
